Please note that we do not offer refunds on our products under any circumstances. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Exchange Period

We only accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to our exchange conditions.

Conditions for Exchange

• Product must be unused and in original pristine condition
• All tags and original packaging must be completely intact
• Original invoice/bill must be provided
• No scratches, tampering, or damage to the frame or lenses

Non-Exchangeable Items

• Prescription glasses (unless there is a verified manufacturing defect)
• Contact lenses and lens solutions
• Damaged or visibly used products

How to Request an Exchange

2. Provide your order number and the reason for the exchange
3. Ship the product back to our store address (for online orders)
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange request
